A non-traditional Saison with a twist. Using hops that normally brew up great Pale Ales and IPAs, and paired with the esters from Saison yeast. The aromas and flavors of white grapes, sweet tangerine, and citrus, are all on deck here for this seasonal Summer sipper with a bite.

ホップのジューシーな味わいが楽しめるセゾン。Mandarina Bavariaホップの甘い柑橘の香りに、Hallertau Blancホップの白ブドウを思わせる味わい。さらに、Mosaicホップをドライホップすることで、ふわりとトロピカルフルーツの香りを楽しめる。


Style: Märzen Inspired German Ale
ABV: 5.6%

A Märzen inspired German ale. While a Märzen beer is often made using lager yeast, FREIZEIT was fermented using Kölsch ale yeast. After a long-term low temperature fermenting over the winter, we have a beer that harmonizes the malty sweetness of toasted bread with the bitter taste of hops.

Since last year’s release of “French Connection”, this is the second time NBCo has brewed up a Kölsch beer. This go round introduces a new hop to the mix, “Liberty”. A beer that finishes with an elegant bitter taste while offering 4-times the hop quantity of the previous Kölsch release.

去年リリースのFrench Connection以来、奈良醸造2回目となるケルシュ。前回からの改良点のひとつにホップがあり,今回使用したのは、Libertyという名前のホップ。前回のケルシュの4倍以上のホップ量を使いながらも、上品な苦味を持つビールに仕上がっている。

A perfect Summer season beer with a low ABV of 5.1%. The use of Mandarina Bavaria and Hull Melon hops adds a mild orange and juicy melon flavor. Have a great afternoon and a delightful evening with this sessionable beer!


Herbal Ale

Style: Saison
ABV: 5%

A refreshing and flavorful saison. Using rice produced in Nara Prefecture and balanced with just the right amount of orange peel, coriander, lemon grass, rosehip, and nutmeg.
